The creation of a blog is a wonderful idea - thanks for giving us the opportunity. In response to us submitting issues we are concerned about - what kind of support would Educators and Schools like to receive more of. I have the following:
* It would be wonderful to have a bulletin which advertises posts such as HOD's - we cannot run schools without these promotion posts. Vacancies caused by death or retirement of HOD's exist for many years and it is unacceptable in our province that the administration cannot produce a bulletin. The Western Cape seem to cope, why can't we in the Eastern Cape.
